About the role

We’re seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our team as Electrical Apprentices in Fayetteville, Arkansas. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, and building a long-term trade career.

Responsibilities

  • Aid in electrical rough-in work, including measuring, cutting, and pulling wire
  • Install trim components such as plugs, switches, lighting, and fixtures
  • Carry tools and materials to support lead electricians and the crew
  • Maintain a clean and organized jobsite by cleaning work areas and equipment
  • Communicate progress, issues, and solutions with supervisors and team members
  • Communicate effectively and work as part of a team

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Team-oriented attitude with dependable attendance
  • Preferred: Electrical experience and knowledge of the current National Electric Code (NEC)
  • Preferred: Ability to read and understand blueprints
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Bi-lingual skills are a plus

Physical Requirements

  • Physically active and requires the ability to: lift and carry materials and tools up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb throughout the workday
  • Work safely on ladders and in elevated areas
  • Perform repetitive motions such as pulling wire, drilling, fastening, and installing components
  • Work in hot, cold, dusty, and noisy construction environments
  • Work in tight spaces such as utility rooms, attics, crawl spaces, and wall cavities
  • Maintain good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
