Electric Trainee

About the Role

Perform tasks relative to the Electric Shop to include making repairs to machines, equipment, and general plant projects under the direction of the current Electrician B and Electrician A.

Responsibilities

• Master the fundamentals of the electrical craft.
• Learn the purpose and acquire skills in the electrical craft.
• Acquire knowledge of the sequence of operations in making repairs to machines and equipment applicable to the craft.
• Learn to lay out and set up jobs.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree in Electrical Technology or high school diploma with a Journeyman’s card.
• Must pass entrance exam according to the CBA.
