Electric Trainee
About the Role
Perform tasks relative to the Electric Shop to include making repairs to machines, equipment, and general plant projects under the direction of the current Electrician B and Electrician A.
Responsibilities
- Master the fundamentals of the electrical craft.
- Learn the purpose and acquire skills in the electrical craft.
- Acquire knowledge of the sequence of operations in making repairs to machines and equipment applicable to the craft.
- Learn to lay out and set up jobs.
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree in Electrical Technology or high school diploma with a Journeyman’s card.
- Must pass entrance exam according to the CBA.
