Responsibilities
This role is fully competent in most aspects of project coordination support in the northern region. Applies knowledge and technical skills to provide project management, design support, and procurement of materials, and direction to designers and contractor personnel. Manage electric distribution projects from initiation through close-out. Responsible for project scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate design, permitting, right-of-way acquisition, and material procurement
- Develop, track and maintain project schedules, milestones, and forecasts
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and company standards
- Responsible for document control; ensure proper close out documentation requirements have been completed (change orders, as-builts, etc)
Requirements
The knowledge, skills, abilities and experiences that are required for entry into this job include the following:
- 8+ years of related experience in Electric Distribution
- Ability to work and develop rapport with all levels of management and staff
- Ability to represent the project and the company in public forums
- Team building skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including interpersonal, facilitation, and presentation capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
Qualifications
Preferred Degree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education: Bachelor Preferred Disciplines: Business, Engineering, Engineering Technology, Liberal Arts. Other disciplines may be substituted for the preferred discipline(s) listed above.

Pay
Expected Hiring Base Salary Range: $100,000 - $129,900. The actual salary offered may vary based on factors such as the selected candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and work location.
Schedule
Cold Up to 25% Office Work Environment 76 -100% Outdoors Up to 25% Travel Up to 25%.
