Responsibilities

• Copy and sort materials, stuff envelopes, and prepare mailings for general, primary, school, and special elections
• Prepare and process absentee and mail ballots
• Deliver supplies, perform errands, and assist with physical duties to move and set up election equipment
• May be required to drive a motor vehicle to run errands and deliver supplies

Requirements

• High school graduation or GED
• Experience performing physical labor and basic clerical tasks
• May require a valid Montana driver’s license

Physical/Environmental Demands

• Climbing ladders and intermittent strenuous physical activity over several days, including bending, carrying, and lifting heavy boxes (up to 65 pounds)
• Certain work assignments require use of a motor vehicle to run errands and pick up and deliver election supplies

Pay

$12.60 per hour
