Responsibilities
- Copy and sort materials, stuff envelopes, and prepare mailings for general, primary, school, and special elections
- Prepare and process absentee and mail ballots
- Deliver supplies, perform errands, and assist with physical duties to move and set up election equipment
- May be required to drive a motor vehicle to run errands and deliver supplies
Requirements
- High school graduation or GED
- Experience performing physical labor and basic clerical tasks
- May require a valid Montana driver’s license
Physical/Environmental Demands
- Climbing ladders and intermittent strenuous physical activity over several days, including bending, carrying, and lifting heavy boxes (up to 65 pounds)
- Certain work assignments require use of a motor vehicle to run errands and pick up and deliver election supplies
Pay
$12.60 per hour
