eLearning Designer

This is a 7+ month contract role with potential to extend or convert to full-time. Onsite presence is required 2 days a week at the Marlborough, MA office. A portfolio is required for consideration.

About the Role

Design, develop, localize, and maintain learning solutions supporting Compliance Office initiatives, including annual compliance training programs, microlearning campaigns, policy awareness efforts, and enterprise learning communications.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop learning solutions across multiple modalities, including eLearning, microlearning, video, communications, and performance support resources.
• Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify learning needs, define objectives, and translate complex policies, procedures, and business requirements into engaging learning experiences.
• Create and manage learning deliverables, including storyboards, scripts, assessments, multimedia assets, review materials, and final training products.
• Produce and edit instructional videos, graphics, animations, and other multimedia content to support learning and awareness initiatives.

Requirements

• 1-4+ years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or corporate training.
• Experience developing eLearning, microlearning, video-based learning, and multimedia learning assets.
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant work.
