About the role

The role involves providing legal advice and representation to elderly clients in matters related to estate planning, guardianship, and other elder law issues.

Responsibilities

• Advising clients on estate planning strategies
• Representing clients in court proceedings
• Assisting with the establishment of trusts and powers of attorney
• Maintaining client records and case files

Requirements

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school
• Bar admission in good standing
• At least 3 years of relevant legal experience
• Strong analytical and communication skills

Qualifications

• Experience with elder law and estate planning
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

$70,000 - $90,000 annually
