Capital Preparatory Schools is a charter school management organization operating four school locations serving students in grades K–12. Responsibilities
- Create a safe and effective learning environment fostering student curiosity and personal conduct.
- Motivate students to achieve their best in academics, athletics, activities, and personal conduct.
- Support students in recognizing their full potential across all areas of human development.
- Build strong relationships with parents, families, and community leaders through open communication.
- Analyze and use data to inform and drive instructional practices.
- Attend and participate in all professional development trainings, data team meetings, and curriculum meetings.
- Collaborate with peers and school leaders to improve instructional strategies, school climate, and leadership skills.
- Participate in professional trainings to enhance knowledge and educational and leadership capabilities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Three years of teaching experience (preferred).
- Experience in analyzing data to drive instruction.
- A commitment to student engagement and success.
- A Bachelor’s degree, with a preference for a Master’s degree and certification.
- A commitment to achieving certification if not already obtained.

Benefits
Capital Preparatory Schools offers a comprehensive benefits package including competitive salaries for first-year Illuminators (teachers), ranging from $62,784 for non-certified bachelor's degree holders to $79,200 for those with a master's degree and certification. Salary is commensurate with years of lead teaching experience, education level, and certification status.
