We need to output HTML fragment with sections: h3 headings for sections present: About the role? Actually we have Job Summary (but we shouldn't repeat job title as heading). The posting includes a lot of boilerplate about the university repeated. We need to preserve substantive information: program description, responsibilities, qualifications, supplemental info (position type, hours, pay, benefits). We should not include cookie/navigation/legal/EEO boilerplate. So we need to strip repeated university description and EEO statements. We need sections: maybe "About the role" (job summary), "Program Description", "Responsibilities", "Qualifications", "Supplemental Information" (or could split into Pay, Schedule, Benefits). The posting includes: Position Type Part-Time 3-6 hours weekly on Saturdays and some after-school opportunities. In compliance with NYC’s Pay Transparency Act, the hourly salary for this position is $50. Then later: "St. John’s offers a competitive compensation program which is commensurate with your qualifications, experience, and contingent upon the departmental budget." Also benefits description: "We also offer an extremely comprehensive benefits program..." So we have pay, schedule, benefits. We should not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". But we have actual pay $50 hourly, schedule 3-6 hours weekly on Saturdays and some after-school opportunities. Benefits described. Thus we can have sections: About the role (maybe Job Summary), Program Description, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Pay, Schedule, Benefits. We must not repeat job title as heading. Use h3 for each section heading. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. For responsibilities list, we have bullet-like sentences. We'll make
    • each responsibility. Qualifications list similarly. Benefits list: medical, dental, life insurance, long term disability insurance, tuition remission, generous 403(b) employer contribution, employee assistance program, liberal paid time off policies, plus performing arts, libraries, bookstores, dining facilities, campus recreation and sporting events. We'll list those. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. So we must include the program description text exactly (or close). We must not omit any substantive info. We need to remove duplicated lines: The university description appears twice at start and later repeated; we should include only once? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." The university description is substantive? It's about the university, maybe considered boilerplate but it's part of job posting. However earlier they said remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The university description is not exactly boilerplate but it's repeated; we should keep it once maybe. But the instruction says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Might be okay to include a brief "About St. John’s University" section? However they said use h3 for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). They didn't list "About the university". So maybe we should not include a section for that; we could incorporate it into "About the role" (job summary). The job summary currently is just repeating the university description. We could treat that as "About the role". That seems okay. Thus we will have:

      About the role

      [the university description text]

But we need to ensure we don't repeat the job title. The job title is "English Language Arts Teacher - Part Time". We should not put that as heading. Now program description: we have a paragraph about Liberty Partnerships Program. We'll put under

We must not include EEO statements, E-Verify notes, etc. We also need to include maybe "Supplemental Information" but we already split into Pay, Schedule, Benefits. Check for any other substantive info: "St. John’s University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and organizational considerations when extending an offer." This is generic; could be considered filler but it's about compensation considerations. Might be considered boilerplate. Since we already have Pay section with specific $50, we could omit that generic sentence. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we can omit generic statements. Also "Any offer of employment is subject to receipt by St. John’s University of satisfactory references, verification of employment, and education." That's boilerplate; remove. Also "St. John’s University is an Equal Opportunity Employer..." remove. Also "St. John’s offers a competitive compensation program which is commensurate with your qualifications, experience, and contingent upon the departmental budget." This is somewhat generic; we have specific pay $50, so we can omit. Also "We also offer an extremely comprehensive benefits program to meet the diverse needs of our workforce." That's generic but we have benefits list; we could keep the sentence as intro to benefits list? Might be considered filler but not disallowed. However we should avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". This sentence is not exactly filler but it's generic. Safer to omit and just list benefits. Thus final HTML:
