EL Mirage Budtender

JARS Cannabis is seeking an entry‑level Budtender for its EL Mirage location. The role is ideal for a friendly, enthusiastic individual with customer‑service experience (e.g., Starbucks, Target) who is eager to learn about cannabis and grow within a rapidly expanding company.

Pay

$15.50‑16 per hour plus a shared tip pool.

Schedule

Full‑time, 5 days on with 8‑hour shifts and 2 days off. Open availability required for any of the following shifts:

• Morning shift: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM
• Mid shift: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Closing shift: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM (Thursday‑Saturday closing shifts 3:30 PM – 12:30 AM)

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly assistance and product recommendations to patients and customers.
• Create a positive, welcoming atmosphere for new and returning clientele.
• Develop sales and customer‑service skills through on‑the‑job training.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the dispensary.
• Complete tasks assigned by management promptly and efficiently.

Requirements

• Positive, outgoing, and welcoming attitude.
• Open availability for morning, evening, and holiday shifts; able to work a minimum of 30 hours per week.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and walk for at least 8 hours daily; lift at least 50 lb.
• Comfortable using a computer throughout the shift.
• Willingness to learn and self‑educate about cannabis trends and products.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic math and computer knowledge.
• Personal smartphone required (iPhone iOS 14+ or Android 4.4+).
• Must be at least 21 years old and pass standard and fingerprint background checks.
