eKidz Director (Riverwalk Campus)

Responsibilities

Aid in the overall leadership of the campus, ensuring all eKidz worship experiences are executed with excellence.

Be a visible leader on the campus, executing the vision of the church and eKidz ministry.

Care for, develop, and oversee all eKidz volunteer teams and functions, including Host Services, Babies, Preschool, Elementary, child baptisms, and dedications.

Identify opportunities to regularly integrate eKidz into every aspect of the church.

Implement the infrastructure of all standard operating systems, cultural expectations, volunteer leadership, and financial viability for the areas you oversee.

Requirements

  • Active participation in a church (we look for a lifestyle of inviting people to church, volunteering, generosity, and prioritizing community)
  • Passion for NextGen/Family Ministry
  • High-level networking/relational strengths
  • Ability to make sound, critical decisions under pressure
  • A team player with excellent communication skills
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
  • Great attention to detail and time-management skills

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience working in a non-profit environment or ministry setting
  • Ministry training or education

Pay

Salary range: $45,000 - $60,000 per year

Schedule

Monday-Thursday, 8:30AM - 5PM; on Sunday, support the weekend worship experience either directly in your roles or by choosing a weekly serving opportunity at one of our Elevation Church campuses.
