About the role
Performs routine electrocardiograms.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrates the knowledge and ability to care for age-specific needs of the population served as measured by completion of mandatory training and direct observation by supervisor
- Performs EKGs
- Demonstrates ability to file patient reports
- Assists physicians with HIS system
- May supervise/precept students, volunteers, or new employees
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Medical terminology required
- AHA BLS certification
