We need to output HTML fragment with sections: Overview? Actually we need to use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have content: Overview (maybe "About the role") includes definition of position. Responsibilities list. Qualifications includes Education, Licenses/Certifications, Experience, Preferred knowledge. Physical Requirements and Working Conditions maybe could be part of Requirements? But we have specific headings: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections to include. We have compensation min/max and schedule details: "Compensation - Min $19.30 -Max $29.55 Schedule: Day Shift/Mon - Fri/ 0630 -5/4'10's". Also later "40 Hours USD $19.30/Hr. USD $29.55/Hr." So we have Pay and Schedule. Benefits: "Medical, Dental & Vision benefits paid by Employer!" So we have Benefits. Skills: maybe we can infer from qualifications: knowledge of cardiac anatomy, arrhythmia recognition, Holter monitors, Zio's, EKG interpretation systems. Could be Skills section. Requirements: maybe Education, Licenses/Certifications, Experience required. Qualifications: maybe Preferred qualifications? But we can combine. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual specifics. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include details from responsibilities, qualifications, etc. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. We'll structure:

About the role

Definition of Position ...

Responsibilities

  • ... each responsibility as list item

Requirements

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Licenses/Certifications: BLS certification required.
  • Experience: 1 year of experience in a hospital or clinical setting.

Qualifications

Preferred: Certified EKG Technician (CET) through NHA or equivalent; Knowledge of cardiac anatomy and basic arrhythmia recognition; Familiarity with Holter monitors, Zio’s, and EKG interpretation systems.

Skills

Ability to perform routine and stat 12-lead EKGs; Prepare patients; Monitor equipment; Maintain accurate records; Recognize and report abnormal findings; Transport equipment; Place/remove Holter monitors; Respond to emergency codes; Register Zio monitors; Monitor Cardioserver/Link; Enter/scan physician orders; Work with Patient Financial Services; Schedule Holter appointments; Answer phone calls; Clean/maintain EKG equipment; Restock supplies; Collaborate with cardiologists; Check workqueue; Monitor fax queue; Maintain documentation; Perform quality control; Comply with infection control, HIPAA, patient safety; Participate in DNV education.

But we must not repeat responsibilities content; we could put skills separate but might duplicate. However we need to preserve all substantive info; we can keep responsibilities as list and skills as a summary of abilities. Might be okay. Better: Skills could be derived from qualifications: knowledge of cardiac anatomy, arrhythmia recognition, Holter monitors, Zio's, EKG interpretation systems. But we also have many skill-like responsibilities. To avoid duplication, maybe we skip Skills section and put those under Responsibilities. But we need to include Skills only if posting has real specific content for it. The posting does not have a separate "Skills" heading; but we can infer skills from responsibilities and qualifications. However instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could omit Skills if it would be thin. But we have qualifications and responsibilities already. We have Benefits, Pay, Schedule sections. Benefits: "Medical, Dental & Vision benefits paid by Employer!" Pay: min $19.30 - max $29.55 per hour; also 40 Hours. Schedule: Day Shift/Mon - Fri/ 0630 -5/4'10's (maybe means 06:30 to 5? Actually "0630 -5/4'10's" weird; but we keep as given.) We'll output:

Requirements

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Licenses/Certifications: BLS certification required.
  • Experience: 1 year of experience in a hospital or clinical setting.

Qualifications

Preferred: Certified EKG Technician (CET) through NHA or equivalent; Knowledge of cardiac anatomy and basic arrhythmia recognition; Familiarity with Holter monitors, Zio’s, and EKG interpretation systems.

Benefits

Medical, Dental & Vision benefits paid by Employer.

Pay

Compensation range: $19.30 – $29.55 per hour (40 hours per week).

Schedule

Day Shift, Monday – Friday, 06:30 – 5:00 (4‑10 schedule).

We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO, etc. We removed physical requirements and working conditions; they are substantive but we didn't include a section for them. Should we include them? There's no specific heading for Physical Requirements or Working Conditions in the allowed list; but we could fold them into Requirements or Qualifications? The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., not exhaustive, but we should prefer those headings. Could we add a section for Physical Requirements? It's not in the list but maybe allowed as "Requirements"? However we already have Requirements for education/experience. Physical requirements could be part of Requirements but we might lose detail. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could incorporate physical requirements into Requirements as additional list items. That would preserve all substantive info. Similarly Working Conditions could be part of Requirements or maybe a separate section but we can add to Requirements. Let's add to Requirements list items: Physical requirements: sufficient auditory ability, clear communication, visual acuity, tactile perception, motor coordination, occasional stooping/kneeling/crouching/crawling, walking/standing, lift to 50 lbs, frequent push/pull/carry up to 25 lbs, occasional lift >100 lbs with proper technique, may sit for long periods. Working conditions: indoor healthcare facility, variable indoor temps, exposure to infectious diseases, hazardous materials, medical equipment, need PPE, fast-paced unpredictable, respond quickly, multiple simultaneous demands, varying noise levels. We'll add those as list items under Requirements. Now ensure we didn't repeat any content. We'll keep responsibilities as is. Now check for any duplicated lines: we have "Maintain accurate patient records, documentation, and reports in Cardio-Server or EMR system." appears twice in responsibilities; we should deduplicate. In the original responsibilities list, there are two similar lines: "Maintain accurate patient records and document procedures in the electronic medical record (EMR) system." and later "Maintain accurate patient records, documentation, and reports in Cardio-Server or EMR system." They are similar but not identical; we should keep both? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." If we remove one, we might lose detail. However they are very similar; but we could keep both as separate items; it's okay if slightly redundant. But we should avoid duplicated lines per instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." So we should remove duplicated lines. Which one is more specific? The first mentions EMR; second mentions Cardio-Server or EMR. The second is broader. We could keep the second and drop the first? But the first also mentions "document procedures". The second mentions "documentation, and reports". Might be okay to keep the second and drop the first. However we need to preserve all substantive info; the first includes "document procedures". The second includes "documentation, and reports". The first also says "Maintain accurate patient records and document procedures". The second says "Maintain accurate patient records, documentation, and reports". The second covers documentation and reports, but not explicitly "document procedures". However "documentation" includes procedures. I'd keep the second and drop the first to avoid duplication. Also there is duplicate "Maintain accurate patient records, documentation, and reports
