About the role

A Snapshot of Your Day

  • Enable the successful transition of the Engineer in Training (EIT) program into the Service Operations North America business unit.
  • Ensure continuity and long-term sustainability of the EIT program.
  • Establish a strong governance framework with standardized processes, tools, and performance measures to drive consistency, quality, and scalability.
  • Manage the full program lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, planning, execution, and day-to-day program administration.
  • Lead program operations by coordinating scope, timelines, resources, and logistics to ensure successful delivery of key initiatives.
  • Develop and implement governance frameworks, performance metrics, and standardized processes to drive consistency, accountability, and program effectiveness.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to build alignment, facilitate communication, and provide leadership with actionable insights and progress updates.
  • Mentor and support program participants and team members, promoting professional development, engagement, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the entire hiring process from sourcing to offer.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, project management, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in project or program management, preferably within a PMO structure.
  • Experience working in a technical, industrial, or engineering-focused organization is highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and being able to multitask efficiently with stakeholder management, financial and risk management, and process improvement.

Qualifications

  • Willing to relocate to Houston, Texas in Summer 2027.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.

Skills

  • Ability to manage the full EIT program lifecycle.
  • Experience in leading program operations.
  • Knowledge of developing governance frameworks and performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in stakeholder management and communication.
  • Experience in mentoring and supporting program participants.
  • Expertise in overseeing the entire hiring process.
