About the Opportunity:The EHV EPC PROJECT MANAGER (POWER DELIVERY) is responsible for leading the execution of high-voltage transmission engineering, procurement, and construction projects from inception through completion. This role ensures overall project success by managing financial, technical, schedule, quality, safety, and client relations aspects. The position plays a critical role in maintaining project standards and delivering outcomes aligned with contractual commitments. Responsibilities:Lead all phases of EHV transmission project execution including development, design, construction, energization, and closeoutManage administrative, commercial, and technical components of projectsOversee budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, cost control, and change managementDevelop project proposals, cost estimates, scopes, schedules, and resource plansCoordinate communication across management and disciplines to meet cost and schedule objectivesProvide regular project reporting and updates to clients and leadershipBuild and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retentionEnforce safety standards and company policies consistentlyFollow and improve project delivery processesPerform additional duties as required Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Civil, Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering Technology, Physical Sciences, or related field, or equivalent experienceMinimum 10 years of relevant project management experience in power delivery or related industryAt least 3 years managing EHV transmission projects (115kV to 500kV)Experience with cradle-to-grave EPC project management for transmission voltage projectsStrong knowledge of project delivery processes and multiple delivery models including DBB, EPC, PDBAdvanced analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skillsAbility to lead teams and work independently with strict QA/QC adherenceProficiency in technical writing and project management software including MS Office and related toolsProven ability to manage diverse stakeholders including senior management and subcontractorsCommitment to workplace safety and adherence to health, safety, and conduct policiesFlexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules Pay Range and Compensation Package:Expected Salary (all locations): $120,000 - $210,000 Benefits & Perks:Medical insuranceDental insuranceVision insurance Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
