EHSS Coordinator
Duties And Responsibilities
- Assist in developing, supporting, and maintaining our Safety Management System
- Participate in facility safety audits
- Create audit checklist criteria for the site
- Implement corporate safety programs, policies, and procedures
- Provide technical guidance on OSHA compliance and industry safety standards
- Develop and coordinate safety training
- Provide monthly safety performance and trending reports
- Support site EHS leads as needed
- Develop ergonomic and safety evaluation tools, guidance, and checklists
- Develop training and lead new employee orientation
Education And Experience Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management, Occupational Safety, Safety/Industrial Systems preferred
- 2-3 years minimum of supporting safety in manufacturing
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and Power Point
- Ability to work well with people in various levels of the organization
- Strong written and verbal skills
