About the Role
Join a dynamic team dedicated to driving operational excellence, workplace safety, and continuous improvement. As our EHSQ Analyst, you will leverage your analytical expertise to transform complex safety, quality, and fleet data into actionable insights that protect our people and optimize our operations. Responsibilities
- Clean, structure, and govern data from internal and external sources, applying rigorous standards to ensure accuracy and integrity across Safety, Risk, and Fleet departments.
- Design, produce, and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly EHSQ performance reports while proactively identifying and fulfilling ad-hoc analytical requests.
- Analyze operational data to deliver actionable insights on safety, training, quality metrics, and associated organizational costs.
- Evaluate current data, workflows, and reports to optimize processes and drive operational excellence.
- Conduct periodic data audits in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to maintain data consistency.
- Contribute to the development and ongoing management of current and future Learning Management System (LMS) programs.
- Perform other tasks as requested by leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (open to any discipline).
- 2+ years of reporting and analytics experience in a similar role.
- Proven ability to analyze large datasets, spot patterns, build streamlining tools, and translate complex concepts into clear reports and documentation.

Work Environment
- Work is performed in a typical indoor office environment
- Flexibility to work different schedules and stay late with little or no notice
- Must be able to read documents, use a computer, communicate verbally and in writing
- Mobility required within an office, warehouse, and construction site environments
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds
