About the role
We are hiring an EHS Specialist to provide field-based Environmental, Health & Safety support for canal operations and maintenance teams.
Responsibilities
- Implement EHS programs
- Conduct field audits
- Support incident investigations
- Ensure OSHA/PESH compliance
- Perform hazard assessments
- Promote safe work practices
Requirements
- Experience in utilities, construction, public infrastructure, or heavy industrial environments is preferred
- Valid New York State driver’s license is required
