EHS Specialist-Corporate Support
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use
for prose. We need to parse the description. Sections: Overview/Function (maybe "About the role" or similar). The description includes Overview/Function: ... then Major Responsibilities (with sub-bullets). Then Qualifications (but note there is a subheading "Qualifications" then later "Experience & Qualifications". Actually the posting includes "Qualifications" then later "Experience & Qualifications". Might combine. We need headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use only those that have content. We have content for About the role (Overview/Function). Responsibilities (Major Responsibilities). Qualifications (Experience & Qualifications plus maybe other qualification lists). Skills maybe implied but not explicit separate. Benefits: there is a section "More About Us!" includes benefits list. Pay: not mentioned. Schedule: mentions "Frequent regional travel ... same-day travel ... occasional overnight ... role is expected to maintain a visible and consistent presence ... role is focused on weekdays (Monday-Friday) however some evening and weekend work may be required." That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section. Also there is "Additional" about physical demands etc. Could be part of Responsibilities or Qualifications? Might be under Requirements? Not a separate heading. We must not create Pay section because no pay info. We must not create Benefits unless posting actually states them. There is a benefits list under "More About Us!" includes flexible scheduling, paid parental leave, PTO, health/dental/vision, 401K, tuition assistance, wellness, recognition program, Coke perks, etc. So we can include Benefits section. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, EOE, drug-free workplace, etc. Remove those. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. Must not omit details. We need to format responsibilities as list items. The responsibilities have many sentences; we can break into bullet points. Similarly qualifications: list items. Skills: maybe not separate; but we could embed skills within qualifications? The instruction: Use headings only when posting has real, specific content for it. There's no explicit "Skills" heading; but we could treat some of the qualifications as skills. However we should not create a Skills section unless there is explicit skills content. The posting includes "Strong interpersonal and communication skills", "Ability to identify hazards", etc. Those are skills/abilities. Could be placed under Qualifications or Requirements. Since we have a Qualifications heading, we can put those there. We need to avoid duplication. Let's extract sections: About the role (Overview/Function): "The Safety Specialist supports the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Atlantic Coca-Cola Bottling Company's Safety & Risk Mitigation programs across company operations. This position serves as a field-based safety resource to operations leadership and employees, helping ensure consistent implementation of company safety programs, regulatory requirements, and established safe work practices. The Safety Specialist will maintain a strong presence at company facilities and in field operations, providing coaching, conducting inspections and assessments, supporting incident investigations, delivering safety training, monitoring corrective actions, and assisting locations with implementation of company safety initiatives." That's prose. Responsibilities: Under "Major Responsibilities" there is a list with headings: Field Safety Support, Incident Investigation & Claims Support, Safety Training & Employee Development, Regulatory Compliance, Safety Equipment & Emergency Preparedness. Each has bullet-like sentences. We need to output as
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can make each responsibility area as a
- containing the sentences (maybe multiple sentences). Could also break each sentence into separate
- . The instruction: "Use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits". It doesn't forbid having paragraphs inside
- . So we can group.
We'll produce:
