EHS Manager

About the role

The EHS Manager will oversee all environmental, health, and safety programs within the Supply Chain – Fulfillment Operations department. This includes developing and implementing policies, conducting regular audits, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations
• Train employees on safety protocols and emergency response plans
• Coordinate with external agencies to address regulatory issues
• Monitor workplace conditions and implement corrective actions as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall safety culture

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Safety Management, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in EHS management or a similar role
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and other relevant regulations
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with risk assessment and hazard identification

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead safety initiatives and drive improvements
• Experience with incident reporting and root cause analysis
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong knowledge of environmental, health, and safety best practices
• Experience with environmental impact assessments
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
