About the role
The EHS Manager will oversee all environmental, health, and safety programs within the Supply Chain – Fulfillment Operations department. This position is located in Nanticoke, PA.Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive EHS policies and procedures
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations
- Manage emergency response plans and conduct drills
- Train employees on EHS best practices and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate workplace hazards
- Ensure all EHS training and documentation are up-to-date and compliant
- Work closely with external consultants and regulatory agencies as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety, Health, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in EHS management
- Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other relevant regulations
- Experience with risk assessment and hazard identification
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
