What Experiences Will Help You In This Role
- 3+ years of safety or EHS experience, ideally in a production, warehouse, distribution center, or e-fulfillment environment.
- Formal or extensive regulatory experience and exposure.
- Responsibility for 300 logs, complaints, and onsite support.
- Experience supporting multi-shift operations, including night or weekend shifts.
- Direct, hands-on experience conducting Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), safety audits, incident investigations, and root cause analyses.
- Proven ability to own and execute integrated safety programs independently — this role does not have Safety Supervisor support and requires someone who can carry the management, influence/cooperations, and the execution.
- Comfortable as a floor-level presence: a significant portion of each shift is spent on the warehouse floor, not behind a desk.

$80,000 - $120,000 a year

Qualifications
3+ years of safety or EHS experience, ideally in a production, warehouse, distribution center, or e-fulfillment environment.
