About the role
As the EHS Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all environmental, health, and safety regulations within the fulfillment operations facility. You will also lead the development and implementation of safety programs, conduct regular audits, and provide guidance on best practices.Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental, health, and safety regulations.
- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive safety programs.
- Conduct regular audits to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on best practices for safety and environmental protection.
- Collaborate with other departments to address cross-functional safety concerns.
- Develop and maintain emergency response plans and conduct drills as necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in EHS management or a related field.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective safety programs.
- Experience leading audits and conducting risk assessments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of OSHA standards and other relevant regulations.
- Experience with incident investigation and root cause analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
