EHS Manager

Sky Climber Access Solutions is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to lead safety, compliance, training, and continuous improvement initiatives across our U.S. operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and improve company safety programs, policies, and procedures
• Conduct site audits, inspections, and compliance reviews
• Develop and deliver safety training programs for field and office employees
• Identify training gaps and implement improvement plans
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
• Manage safety observations, safety committees, and company-wide safety initiatives
• Track and report safety KPIs and performance metrics to leadership
• Support customer audits and safety-related meetings
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company standards
• Assist branches and operational teams with safety and compliance needs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Health, Safety Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of EHS leadership experience
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety management systems
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to travel up to 60%

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in scaffolding, suspended access, construction, or industrial services
• Experience conducting audits, inspections, and incident investigations
• Professional safety certifications

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

• Ability to travel extensively to branch and customer locations
• Ability to work in office, warehouse, construction, and industrial environments
• Ability to wear required PPE and fall protection equipment
• Ability to conduct field audits and safety inspections

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Remote-based with travel up to 60%
