About the role
The EHS Manager is responsible for overseeing all environmental, health, and safety programs within the Muscatine, IA facility.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive EHS policies and procedures
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations
- Train employees on EHS best practices and emergency response protocols
- Coordinate with external regulatory bodies to address compliance issues
- Manage incident reporting and investigation processes
- Ensure all EHS training requirements are met
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Safety, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant EHS management experience
- Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other applicable regulations
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
Skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with EHS software and databases

Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
