EHS Manager
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We must not repeat job title as heading. We must include sections only when posting has real specific content. We need to parse the posting.
The posting includes:
- Intro paragraph about Russell Stover, values, etc. Could be "About the role" or maybe "About the company"? The instruction says headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can use those headings if content matches.
We have:
- "A day in the life… As the Manager, Environment, Health & Safety (EHS), you will be a key driver..." This is responsibilities.
- Then "What You Will Be Doing…" list of duties.
- Then "Do you have what it takes? (Basic Qualifications)" list.
- Then "Do you stand above the rest? (Preferred Qualifications)" list.
- Then "Experience Life at Russell Stover Plants!" includes safety first, surroundings, active & engaging work, comfortable climate, appealing smells, dress to impress, allergens, diversity statement. This could be "Benefits"? Not exactly benefits but maybe "Work Environment" but not in allowed headings. We could treat as "Skills"? Not appropriate. Could be "Benefits"? Not really. There's no explicit benefits, pay, schedule. So we should not create those sections unless content exists. There's no pay or schedule info. So we omit Pay and Schedule sections.
We have "About the role" maybe we can include an introductory paragraph about the role and company. The intro paragraph before "A day in the life…" could be considered About the role. Let's put that under About the role
with a
. Then Responsibilities: we have the "A day in the life…" paragraph plus the "What You Will Be Doing…" bullet list. We'll combine into Responsibilities section with
- .
Then Requirements: maybe Basic Qualifications as Requirements. Use
Requirements
with list. Then Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications as Qualifications. UseQualifications
with list. Skills: maybe we could extract skills from responsibilities? But we have no explicit skills section. Could we create Skills from bullet points like "Excellent communication skills"? That's in Basic Qualifications. But we already used that as Requirements. Could we separate? The instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we might combine Basic and Preferred into Requirements and Qualifications. Skills maybe not needed. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, I-9, drug screen, etc. Remove those lines. Also remove navigation, cookie, legal, duplicated lines, application instructions (Indeed button). Also remove "This job posting is not all inclusive and other duties may be assigned." That's boilerplate? Might be considered generic; but it's substantive? It's a disclaimer; maybe we should remove as it's not specific duty. The instruction: remove duplicated lines, cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. This line is not exactly those but it's a generic disclaimer; maybe we keep? It's not substantive detail about role. Safer to remove. Also remove "Make Happy. Work Happy." and Indeed button. Also remove "Experience Life at Russell Stover Plants!" heading? That's a section heading in the posting but not in allowed headings. We could incorporate its content under maybe "About the role" or a new section like "Work Environment" but not allowed. Since we cannot create arbitrary headings, we could either omit that content or incorporate into existing sections if relevant. The content includes safety first, surroundings, active & engaging work, comfortable climate, appealing smells, dress to impress, allergens, diversity statement. Some of that is about work environment and benefits? Could be considered "Benefits"? Not exactly. But we could treat as "About the role" maybe describing work environment. However we already have About the role intro. Could add a paragraph under About the role describing the plant environment. That seems okay. Thus we will include under About the role: the introductory paragraph about Russell Stover values, plus the "Experience Life at Russell Stover Plants!" content (excluding EEO etc). We'll need to filter out EEO and I-9 etc. Let's extract the relevant parts: Intro: "At Russell Stover, not only do we love chocolate, but we love our jobs! Every day we go to work exhibiting our values of excellence, innovation, entrepreneurship, responsibility, and collaboration. Working at Russell Stover you’ll be part of the leading manufacturer of boxed, seasonal, and sugar-free chocolates. Today, we produce over 55 million pounds of chocolate annually, and our legacy brands can be found in 13 company-owned stores and over 9,000 wholesale accounts. Join our team and let’s continue making chocolate lovers happy!" Then after responsibilities etc, there is "Experience Life at Russell Stover Plants!" with bullet-like paragraphs: - Safety First: Your well-being is our value, and workplace safety is a shared responsibility we take seriously. You will join us in our goal of a zero-incident culture through regular safety check-ins and continuous improvement. On day one, you’ll dive into safety and food safety training, and we’ll keep you on your toes with safety tips to ensure you’re always in the know! - Surroundings: Get ready to work alongside a variety of equipment like automated packing machines, forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and those irresistible chocolate candy banks/steels – it’s a dynamic environment where every day brings something new! - Active & Engaging Work: Whether you’re on your feet for extended periods, moving around, climbing ladders, or lifting up to 50 lbs, there’s never a dull moment. This is a place where you’ll stay on the move! - Comfortable Climate: In most roles, you will be comfortable year-round with our climate-controlled environment. - Appealing Smells: The air is filled with sweet aromas of chocolate, and by the time your shift ends, you might just leave smelling like chocolate! - Dress to Impress (Food Safety Style): A simple yet important dress code ensures safety and hygiene, following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to keep everything running smoothly. - Allergens: You will be exposed to a variety of ingredients that may be considered food allergens. - At Russell Stover Chocolates, we don’t just accept difference — we celebrate it, we support it, and we thrive on it for the benefit of our employees, our products, and our community. Then after that there is EEO statement etc which we must remove. Thus we can incorporate those paragraphs into About the role section as amaybe multiple
s. Now Responsibilities section: We have the paragraph starting "A day in the life… As the Manager, Environment, Health & Safety (EHS), you will be a key driver..." plus the list under "What You Will Be Doing…" which includes many bullet-like sentences each starting with a verb. We'll turn each into
