EHS - Maintenance Manager

About the role

AFM is seeking a skilled Flowforming Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in flowforming processes and materials science.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize flowforming processes for new and existing products
• Conduct material tests and analyze data to improve process efficiency and product quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement flowforming solutions
• Train and mentor junior engineers on flowforming techniques and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in flowforming or similar manufacturing processes
• Experience with materials testing and analysis tools
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Knowledge of flowforming principles and applications
• Understanding of metallurgy and material properties
• Experience with CAD/CAM software

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
