EHS/ESG Platform Implementation Expert

Project/Program Management role with ownership of scope, budget, timeline, risks, and governance for EHS/ESG platform implementations (Intelex, Enhesa, Enablon, SAP EHS preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead large enterprise transformation programs with strong EHS regulatory knowledge (OSHA, EPA, RCRA, TSCA, ISO 14001/45001).
• Manage executive stakeholder relationships and client-facing leadership.
• Deliver complex, multi-workstream EHS/ESG technology implementation programs ($1M+ budget) on time and within scope.
• Review and quality-approve configurations, design documents, and test plans for EHS/ESG platforms.
• Oversee cross-functional teams of 5+ resources spanning onshore/offshore delivery models.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of progressive experience in EHS consulting, EHS technology program delivery, or enterprise transformation project management.
• At least 4 years in a client-facing project management or delivery lead role.
• Hands-on functional knowledge of EHS and ESG platforms, particularly Intelex and/or Enhesa.
• Strong understanding of EHS module coverage across ESG & Sustainability, Waste, Audit, MOC, Training, Compliance, and Risk Management.
• Deep knowledge of EHS regulatory frameworks applicable to US and Canadian operations (EPA, OSHA, RCRA, TSCA, ISO 14001/45001, Canada's CEPA, Reg 851/90).
• PMP certification or equivalent (PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMI-ACP, or SAFe) is required.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills; confident presenting to VP, C-suite, and Board-level audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• MBA or Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Experience working in or delivering EHS services to semiconductor, microelectronics, or advanced manufacturing enterprises is strongly preferred.
