We need to output HTML fragment only, with headings
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Job Title: EHS Coordinator (not heading). Department: EHS. Reports to: EHS Supervisor, MSR US. Summary: paragraph. We need sections: About the role (maybe from summary). Responsibilities (DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES). Requirements (maybe from QUALIFICATIONS). Skills (maybe from COMPETENCIES). Benefits, Pay, Schedule only if present. The posting mentions: "As a salaried Management Support role, anticipate 45-50 hours/week, with rare occasion for on call or after-hours support." That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section with that. Benefits? Not mentioned. Pay? Not mentioned. So we omit Benefits and Pay. Also we might include Qualifications section (education, experience). Could also include Requirements (maybe same as Qualifications). But we need to decide which sections to include. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine Qualifications and Requirements into one? But they want separate headings if content exists. We have content for About the role (summary), Responsibilities (duties), Qualifications (education, experience, training, computer skills, other skills), Competencies (list of many). Could treat Competencies as Skills section. Could also include Requirements as maybe the same as Qualifications? But we have both Qualifications and Competencies. Could make sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills. That's four sections. We must not include empty sections. Now we need to format content. About the role: use the SUMMARY paragraph. Possibly also include department/reports to? Could fold into About the role as a short p. The instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. So we can include department and reports to in About the role paragraph. Thus About the role
includes: The EHS Coordinator provides daily on-site Safety and Environmental Compliance support ... (the summary). Also mention department EHS, reports to EHS Supervisor, MSR US. Responsibilities: list from DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES. Use
- . Need to preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. Must keep details.
We need to extract each duty bullet. The text is a paragraph with sentences separated by spaces. We need to break into list items. We'll need to parse manually.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate with the General Manager and staff to facilitate compliance of OSHA, EPA, and other federal, state, and local regulatory requirements applicable to MSR-FSR's operations.
- The job functions listed below are required to be successful in this role. However, some of the experience and training needed to meet these requirements may be acquired within the first few months of hiring through targeted training programs and mentoring. (This is more a note; maybe we keep as a list item? It's a statement about training. Could be included.)
- Respond to operation's requests for EHS assistance (e.g., answers to questions, EHS technical and regulatory clarifications, creation of EHS plans and forms, EHS evaluation of workplace designs, and product EHS evaluations)
- Responsible for understanding requirements of safety and environmental permits including monitoring compliance and submitting and maintaining periodic documentation
- Participate in the preparation, maintenance, and dissemination of written documentation providing guidance to EHS compliance and improvement efforts (e.g., policies, manuals, plans and programs, procedures and guidelines, forms, and training programs)

- Performs other related duties as assigned by management/supervisor
Also SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This job has no full-time supervisory responsibilities but may be elected to lead a Local Safety Committee by its members and facilitate meetings. May at times have to assume temporary responsibilities as delegated
We could include supervisory responsibilities as part of Responsibilities list.
Now Qualifications: from QUALIFICATIONS paragraph.
- A combination of education, training and hands-on experience is ideal. The target equivalent qualification would include: Associate degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical/military school, or six months to one-year related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Additional training, and/or certifications in the Safety, Occupational Health, and/or Environmental Protection career field are preferable
- Computer skills are required: Microsoft Office Suite; (Word, Excel, e-mail, etc.)
- Other skills required for full performance, which may be acquired during the first year of employment: Ability to clearly communicate in English through verbal and written documentation and provide influential training and guidance
- Knowledge of regulations related to air emissions, hazardous waste, and water discharges
- Knowledge of safe handling practices of chemicals and ability to handle potentially hazardous substances utilizing proper procedures
- Ability to research, interpret and understand federal, state, and local EHS requirements, as well as industry best practices and consensus standards such as ISO and ANSI
- Ability to write reports to include objective interpretation of facts and circumstances, identify causal factors, and recommend corrective actions
We could keep as list.
Skills: from COMPETENCIES list (many). We need to include them as list items under Skills. The list is long; we need to preserve all. We'll output each competency as a list item.
We must not include placeholders like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
Schedule: from "As a salaried Management Support role, anticipate 45-50 hours/week, with rare occasion for on call or after-hours support." We'll put that in a
under Schedule heading. Now ensure we don't include Benefits or Pay. Now produce HTML fragment: start with
About the role
then...
. ThenResponsibilities
- ...
Qualifications
- ...
Skills
- ...
Schedule
...
. Make sure to escape any HTML special characters? Not needed. Now craft the About the role paragraph: combine summary and department/reports. Summary: "The EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) Coordinator provides daily on-site Safety and Environmental Compliance support to the MSR-FSR Critical Component Solutions Operations facility to ensure protection of people, property and the environment following established processes and fostering cooperative relationships with site leadership and workforce. Operations involve the use of hazardous chemicals, so occasional use of a respirator and an aptitude for chemical safety is important. This role, working closely with the Quality Assurance Team and Operations, is at times a 1-deep position supporting a single facility of approximately 20-90 people, depending upon location, with support of a local safety committee, remote peer support from the EHS Team in the US, and collaboration with the Global EHS Director. As a salaried Management Support role, anticipate 45-50 hours/week, with rare occasion for on call or after-hours support." But we moved schedule to separate section; we should not duplicate schedule in About the role. So we can omit the schedule sentence from About the role. However the summary includes that sentence; we could keep it but then schedule section would duplicate. Better to keep About the role without the schedule sentence, and schedule section separate. So we need to edit summary to remove the schedule sentence. Let's extract summary without that sentence. Original summary sentences: 1. The EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) Coordinator provides daily on-site Safety and Environmental Compliance support to the MSR-FSR Critical Component Solutions Operations facility to ensure protection of people, property and the environment following established processes and fostering cooperative relationships with site leadership and workforce. 2. Operations involve the use of hazardous chemicals, so occasional use of a respirator and an aptitude for chemical safety is important. 3. As a salaried Management Support role, anticipate 45-50 hours/week, with rare occasion for on call or after-hours support. We'll keep 1-3 in About the role, and put sentence 4 in Schedule. Now also include department and reports to: "Department: EHS. Reports to: EHS Supervisor, MSR US." We can add as a short sentence. Thus About the role paragraph: combine those. Now Responsibilities list: include all duties plus supervisory responsibilities. We need to ensure we don't miss any. Let's list duties precisely: 1. Coordinate with the General Manager and staff to facilitate compliance of OSHA, EPA, and other federal, state, and local regulatory requirements applicable to MSR-FSR's operations. 2. The job functions listed below are required to be successful in this role. However, some of the experience and training needed to meet these requirements may be acquired within the first few months of hiring through targeted training programs and mentoring. 3. Supervisory responsibilities: This job has no full-time supervisory responsibilities but may be elected to lead a Local Safety Committee by its members and facilitate meetings. Now Qualifications list: - A combination of education, training and hands-on experience is ideal. The target equivalent qualification would include: Associate degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or
