Our client is looking for an EH&S Manager to take the lead on safety and environmental initiatives at its 36-acre, five-building aluminum foundry complex. Reporting to the Plant Manager, you’ll work closely with employees and leaders across the operation to create a safer workplace, strengthen compliance, and continuously improve EH&S practices. What You’ll Do Identify and address workplace hazards and recommend improvementsInvestigate incidents and implement corrective actionsConduct safety inspections and ensure OSHA and environmental complianceManage regulatory reporting, record keeping, and SDS documentationMaintain emergency response plansLead safety training, including new-hire orientationPartner with all areas of the business to build a strong safety culture What You’ll Bring 3–5 years of EH&S experience in heavy industrial manufacturingFoundry experience is a plusDegree preferred, but not requiredStrong problem-solving and communication skillsUnderstanding of manufacturing and production processesProficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPointAbility to operate mobile and stationary equipment Why Consider This Opportunity?
