EH Filler Operator

About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Filler Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will operate and maintain filler equipment and associated systems to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. You’ll play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly while upholding strict safety and quality standards.

What You’ll Do

• Operate filler(s) and associated equipment in line with company standards
• Perform start-ups, shut-downs, and tear-downs of equipment
• Set up and operate coding equipment
• Work safely with chemicals and chemical pumps
• CIP (clean-in-place), sanitize, and sterilize filler(s) and equipment
• Recognize and troubleshoot non-standard operations
• Identify and resolve issues in packaging or sanitation processes
• Accurately complete all required recordkeeping and documentation
• Operate forklifts (certification required or provided)
• Safely lift up to 55 lbs. as part of daily tasks
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and SQF procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned, always in a safe and efficient manner

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience in manufacturing or food/beverage production preferred
• Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. regularly
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to follow safety protocols and GMP/SQF procedures
• Reliable team player with good communication skills
