About the role

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in travel design, tour operations, or a related field, with a focus on Asia and/or the Middle East.
- Deep knowledge of at least 3 EXO destinations (e.g., Thailand, Vietnam, Japan) and familiarity with luxury or adventure travel products.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in English; fluency in additional languages (e.g., French, Mandarin, Thai) is a plus.
- Proficiency in travel software (e.g., Amadeus, Tourwriter) and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for familiarization trips or client meetings.
