About the role

We are looking for friendly folks to join our family at Metro Diner, a well-established, full-service restaurant concept with over 60 locations east of the Mississippi. Established in 1992 in Jacksonville, Florida, Metro Diner is known for its warm, welcoming service, large portion sizes, and serious diner food. We are united by our passion for treating people like special guests in our home.

Responsibilities

• Work the griddle, fry, egg, prep, and line stations in a full-service breakfast environment.
• Contribute to a high-volume kitchen with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant with full-service breakfast is preferred.
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant environment is a plus.
