Pay

Pay Range: $34+ dependent upon experience

Schedule

Monday: 7:45am-6:00pm (1 hour lunch)
Tuesday-Thursday: 7:45am-5:00pm (1 hour lunch)
Friday: 7:45am-1:00pm

Responsibilities

• Assists doctors with charting, placement of fillings, operatory set/clean up, and patient education
• Performs expanded duties following state regulations and compliance
• Aids in clinical procedures and treatment such as: placing amalgam or composite fillings, adaptation of temporary crowns, removing surgical sutures, and applying topical fluoride treatments
• Records and reviews patient health history, makes chart entries under the doctor's direction, and assures completion of forms and signatures in dental software
• Enters and updates patient treatment plans at the direction of the treating doctor

Skills Required

• Educational Certifications: EFDA Certification or on-the-job training required per state requirements
• Licenses: Radiography licensure for respective state requirements
• Experience: 1-5 years of experience preferred; will consider new graduates
• Other: CPR Certification is required, Proficient in MS Office Suite, Knowledge of dental charting software and digital x-rays with the ability to learn new programs as necessary
