EEG Technician - PRN (As Needed) - Neurodiagnostics
Responsibilities
- Administer neurologic tests, including EEGs, evoke potentials, nerve conduction studies, and intra-operative monitoring.
- Work closely with clinical staff and neurologists.
- Gather patient’s medical history and provide explanations for testing.
- Absorb patients for the procedure and ensure they are prepared.
- Report findings to physicians for further analysis.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- EEG certification required within 2 years of hire.
- High School/GED degree.
- Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation certification.
