  • Position will be terminated if KU GPA falls below the required minimum of 3.0.

The Position will assist with grading assignments and exams in the EECS department. The student hourly must be enrolled in no fewer than 6 credit hours during the semester term and meet the GPA requirement.

  • Current student in the EECS department or closely related discipline.
  • Successful completion with a grade of B or better in the EECS course or equivalent you are assisting with.
  • Maintain a minimum KU GPA of 3.0.

This is a POOL position to hire multiple Graders. Application review begins immediately. Applications will continue to be accepted and reviewed on an ongoing basis throughout the academic year (Summer 2026, Fall 2026 and Spring 2027). Only one application is needed per academic semester.

Student employees are not eligible for remote work arrangements unless an exception is approved by the unit leadership and HR. This is an hourly/non-exempt position. A student employee cannot hold an hourly/non-exempt position and a salaried/exempt graduate or undergraduate position (GRA/GTA/GA/RUA/RGA) concurrently.
