Role Summary

This position is responsible for ensuring all processes are completed on time, efficiently, and within the quality standards that each one has. Also, making sure everyone is fulfilling their designated role, keeping up with deadlines and quantities of jobs being worked on.

Essential Functions

• Supervision of personnel and machinery
• Ensure quality standards on material and procedures
• Keep track of material during each individual phase
• Able to communicate in efficient ways to large groups of people

Other Functions

• Knowledge of operational procedures of distinct types of machinery
• Knowledge of all paperwork used within the supervised areas

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Being able to walk and stand for long periods of time
• Being able to bend down and carry up to 40lbs
• Being able to push and pull pallets

Minimum Requirements

• Being able to read and write

Education/Experience

• 2–4 years production experience, preferably in print or card manufacturing
• Strong adaptability and attention to detail
