Educators Wanted
About the role
As a Trainer you’ll lead in‑person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare users in addition to Epic’s own staff. You will be the first point of contact for many staff and users, shaping their experience as they transition to Epic and assisting them in saving lives. Beyond the classroom, you’ll be involved in the training process from start to finish—instructional design, development of training materials and scenarios, and delivery. You’ll also work in tight‑knit teams to design workflow‑based training content, collaborate directly with client organizations to help develop their training programs, and contribute to projects that make Epic software more intuitive.
