About the role
As an Educator at lululemon, you are the foundation of our success. You will deliver world-class guest experiences in our retail stores by engaging and connecting with guests, sharing expert product education, and authentically representing our community and culture.
Responsibilities
- Guest (i.e., Customer) Experience:
- Interact with guests to ensure a great experience that respects their time.
- Assess guests’ needs and provide customized purchase and return solutions.
- Deliver technical product education by articulating product value and benefits.
- Facilitate seamless end-to-end guest experiences through accurate transactions and omnichannel programs (e.g., buy online/pickup in store, phone sales, ship from store).
- Move dynamically on the floor to engage guests and address store needs.
- Receive guest feedback and partner with store leadership to resolve issues and “make it right.”
- Working With Others:
- Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment that celebrates differences.
- Build supportive and productive relationships with all team members.
- Collaborate to ensure optimal guest experience and support store operations.
- Operations:
- Perform product presentation tasks (e.g., restocking, destocking, relocating items) to company standards.
- Use in-store technology to support operations and enhance guest experiences.
- Maintain store cleanliness and luxury environment throughout the shift.
- Adhere to people safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
- Work in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and laws.

Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must have proof of the Right to Work and evidence relating to associated local legislative requirements (EMEA only).
- Must have the ability to travel to the assigned store using personal transportation.
Availability
- Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Willingness Requirements
- Willing to work in an environment with bright lights and loud music.
- Willing to move throughout the store for most of a shift to assist guests and complete tasks.
- Willing to move boxes weighing up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg).
- Willing to work as part of a team and independently as needed.
Assets (Nice to Have)
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Pay
- Base Pay Range: $19.00 – $21.86/hour, subject to local minimum wage.
- Target Bonus: $2.00/hour.
- Total Target Base Pay Range: $21.00 – $23.86/hour.
