Educator - Event Tours

What You Get to Do

• Enthusiastically represents the park by displaying a positive attitude, high energy level, and commitment to quality throughout all aspects of the job.
• Escort guests on tours of the park during seasonal events such as Howl-O-Scream and Christmas Town; providing a VIP experience which includes frontline access to attractions, priority seating to select shows, and private beverage stations.
• Support staff: assist with set-up, check-in, serving alcoholic drinks, selling products, seat saving at shows, and clean up.

What It Takes To Succeed

• At least 18 years old
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Valid state driver’s license
• Demonstrate high-quality guest service skills
• Able to engage and interact with children and adults
• Able to successfully complete all legal, company, and department training requirements to include, but not limited to, passing required tests and certifications within established timelines
• Able to work a flexible schedule that includes every day of the week, with start times as early as 4:00 PM ending as late as 2:00 AM throughout the events
• Able to work nights of the event
• Able to maintain composure and objectivity in all situations when interacting with guests
• Able to follow all park and departmental policies and procedures
• Able to stand and walk for an entire shift
• Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 40 pounds on occasion
• Able to work in all weather conditions
• Able to work indoors/outdoors with or without A/C for entire shift
• Willing to comply with all SEA grooming guidelines and employment standards

$14.50
