What You Get to Do
- Enthusiastically represents the park by displaying a positive attitude, high energy level, and commitment to quality throughout all aspects of the job.
- Escort guests on tours of the park during seasonal events such as Howl-O-Scream and Christmas Town; providing a VIP experience which includes frontline access to attractions, priority seating to select shows, and private beverage stations.
- Support staff: assist with set-up, check-in, serving alcoholic drinks, selling products, seat saving at shows, and clean up.
What It Takes To Succeed
- At least 18 years old
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Valid state driver’s license
- Demonstrate high-quality guest service skills
- Able to engage and interact with children and adults
- Able to successfully complete all legal, company, and department training requirements to include, but not limited to, passing required tests and certifications within established timelines
- Able to work a flexible schedule that includes every day of the week, with start times as early as 4:00 PM ending as late as 2:00 AM throughout the events
- Able to work nights of the event
- Able to maintain composure and objectivity in all situations when interacting with guests
- Able to follow all park and departmental policies and procedures
- Able to stand and walk for an entire shift
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 40 pounds on occasion
- Able to work in all weather conditions
- Able to work indoors/outdoors with or without A/C for entire shift
- Willing to comply with all SEA grooming guidelines and employment standards
Pay
$14.50
