We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have "Who We Are" maybe as About the role? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to decide which sections to include based on content. Content includes: - Who We Are: description of lululemon (company overview). Could map to "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is more about the job. But we have "Job Summary". Could combine "Who We Are" and "Job Summary" into an "About the role" section? The instruction says we can use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We should only include sections that have real content. We have: - Job Summary: description of Educator role. - Key Responsibilities Of The Job: includes Guest Experience, Working With Others, Operations. That's responsibilities. - Key Skills & Core Values You Bring: list of values/skills. - Job Requirements: Eligibility, Availability, Other Willingness Requirements. - Job Assets (nice to have): Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. - Compensation & Benefits Package: Base Pay Range, Target Bonus, Total Target Base Pay Range, plus benefits list. Thus we can have sections: - About the role: could include Who We Are + Job Summary. - Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities Of The Job. - Requirements: Job Requirements (Eligibility, Availability, Other Willingness Requirements). Also maybe Job Assets as Qualifications? Actually Job Assets are nice-to-have, could be Qualifications? But we have Qualifications heading maybe for required qualifications? The posting doesn't have explicit qualifications besides eligibility. Could treat Job Assets as Qualifications (nice to have). But we need to avoid filler. - Skills: Key Skills & Core Values You Bring. - Benefits: list of benefits from Compensation & Benefits Package. - Pay: Base Pay Range, Target Bonus, Total Target Base Pay Range. - Schedule: Availability (willing to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays). Could be Schedule section. We must not create sections with placeholder text. All have real content. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. We'll produce something like:

    • Operations: Perform product presentation tasks (e.g., put items back in place, restock or add depleted items to the floor from inventory, destock or relocate items) according to company standards. Use in-store technology to support store operations and provide positive guest experiences. Perform cleaning tasks as needed throughout the shift to maintain the luxury environment of the store. Understand and adhere to people safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment. Perform work in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and laws or regulations.

    Pay

Base Pay Range: $19.00 - $21.86/hour, subject to minimum wage in the location. Target Bonus: $2.00/hour. Total Target Base Pay Range: $21.00 - $23.86/hour.

    Schedule

Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

We need to ensure we didn't duplicate content. The Schedule repeats Availability; but it's okay as it's specific. However we might combine Availability into Schedule section and not duplicate. But we already have Availability under Requirements. Could move schedule to Schedule section and remove from Requirements? The requirement includes availability; but we could keep it under Requirements as part of eligibility? The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Might be okay to keep availability under Requirements and not have separate Schedule section. But we need to decide if we include Schedule section. The posting does mention availability under "Availability". So we could have a Schedule section with that content. However we already have Availability under Requirements; we could keep it there and not create Schedule. The instruction says include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. It doesn't forbid overlapping content; but better to avoid duplication. Let's keep Availability under Requirements and not create a separate Schedule section. Then we have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills, Benefits, Pay. That's six sections. Check if we need Qualifications? We have Job Assets (nice to have) which could be Qualifications. But we already have Skills section for core values; we could add Qualifications for Job Assets (education). However the instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Adding Qualifications may be thin (just education). Could incorporate education into Requirements or Skills? Probably better to have a Qualifications section for nice-to-have. But we already have Requirements for mandatory eligibility; Qualifications for nice-to-have. Let's add Qualifications section with Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay. Now ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: The "Note: The incentive programs, benefits, and perks have certain eligibility requirements. The Company reserves the right to alter these incentive programs, benefits, and perks in whole or in part at any time without advance notice." That's boilerplate legal; we should remove per instruction: remove legal/EEO etc. So drop that note. Also "In keeping with our mission, please connect with us at accommodations@lululemon.com if you have questions about how your unique abilities may translate to the requirements for this role, with or without a reasonable accommodation. In your email, please include the position title, the location of the position and the nature of your question or request." That's application instructions/accommodation contact; we should remove per instruction: remove application instructions. So drop that. Also "As part of our offerings, employees in this position are eligible for our competitive bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements." That's part of compensation; we already have base pay and target bonus. Could keep that sentence? It's somewhat generic but still substantive about bonus program eligibility. Might keep as part of Pay section. But we already have base pay and target bonus. Could add a sentence: "Employees are eligible for our competitive bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements." That's not filler. Let's include. Also "At Lululemon, Investing In Our People Is a Top Priority. We Believe That When Life Works, Work Works. We Strive To Be The Place Where Inclusive Leaders Come To Develop And Enable All To Be Well. Recognizing Our Teams For Their Performance And Dedication, Other Components Of Our Total Rewards Offerings Include Support Of Career Development, Wellbeing, And Personal Growth" This is fluff but still substantive about benefits; we already have benefits list; could incorporate as part of Benefits section preamble. But we might keep it as part of Benefits section preceding list. However it's somewhat generic but still specific to Lululemon's philosophy. Might be okay
