About the Role
The Educator role is the foundation of our success as an organization. Educators are experts in delivering world-class customer service and guest experiences in our retail stores. They engage and connect with guests, provide high-quality product education, and authentically share our community and culture.
Responsibilities
- Guest (Customer) Experience
- Interact with guests to ensure a great experience in a manner that values their time.
- Assess guests’ needs to provide customized, effective purchase and return solutions.
- Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefits of products.
- Facilitate a seamless end-to-end guest experience, including accurate and timely transactions and omnichannel programs (e.g., buy online/pickup in store, phone sales, ship from store).
- Move dynamically on the sales floor to continuously engage with guests and address store needs.
- Receive guest feedback and partner with store leadership to take appropriate action and resolve issues.
- Working With Others
- Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment by welcoming and celebrating differences.
- Establish supportive and productive relationships with all team members.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure an optimal guest experience and support store operations.
- Operations
- Perform product presentation tasks (e.g., restocking, relocating items) according to company standards.
- Use in-store technology to support operations and enhance guest experiences.
- Perform cleaning tasks to maintain the store’s luxury environment.
- Understand and adhere to safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
- Follow all applicable policies, procedures, and laws or regulations.
Requirements
- Eligibility
- Legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
- 18 years of age or older.
- Proof of the Right to Work and evidence of local legislative requirements (EMEA only).
- Ability to travel to the assigned store using personal transportation.
- Availability
- Willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Other Requirements
- Willing to work in an environment with bright lights and loud music.
- Willing to move throughout the store for most of a shift to assist guests and accomplish tasks.
- Willing to move boxes weighing up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg).
- Willing to work as part of a team and independently.

- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Pay
Base Pay Range: $20.50 - $23.59/hour, subject to minimum wage in the location.
Target Bonus: $2.00/hour.
Total Target Base Pay Range: $22.50 - $25.59/hour.
Compensation is grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. Base pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
