Fiscal Responsibility

• Adhere to all fiscal policies and procedures such as petty cash, purchase orders, vouchers and employee expenses as requested.

Facility/Housekeeping Responsibility

• Ensure that the Instructor’s office and classrooms meet the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance.

Interdivisional/Community/Volunteer Responsibility

• Attend all assigned meetings.
• Actively participate in the Y’s Annual Campaign.

Requirements

• Master’s degree preferred or Bachelor’s degree and minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• A strong, enthusiastic commitment to helping participants develop the skills needed to successfully complete the HiSet.
• A proven ability to work well in a multi-racial/cultural setting with high-risk populations.
• Computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams).
• A valid Massachusetts Driver’s License and good driving record.
• Must submit and pass drug testing upon hire.
• A minimum of one evening shift per week is required.
• Some traveling required for meetings and trainings.
