Responsibilities
- Collaborates with the grade-level team to support effective instructional practices that meet the needs of all learners.
- Aids in planning and preparing purposeful learning activities that help students build understanding of new concepts.
- Serves as a resource for delivering instruction using a variety of strategies to engage students, spark curiosity, and encourage exploration and expression.
- Administers, collects, and organizes qualitative and quantitative student data from various assessments.
- Buils positive relationships with students and families through consistent communication about progress and ways to support learning at home.
- Participates in school-wide assessments to help identify student needs and inform instruction.
- Supervises students during lunch, recess, and other non-instructional periods.
- Provides classroom coverage and instructional support as needed.
- Offers additional assistance to the school community as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $50,000
