Educational Assistant (Elementary) - Strathmore

About the Role

Christ the Redeemer Catholic Schools is accepting applications for a full-time Educational Assistant for the 2026-2027 school year at Sacred Heart Academy, a Catholic Elementary school serving Kindergarten to Grade 6 in Strathmore, Alberta.

Responsibilities

• Support students with complex learning profiles
• Demonstrate flexibility, patience, responsiveness, cooperation, and strong communication skills
• Contribute to academic excellence for all students in a safe and caring environment

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic, caring, and committed to students with an openness to learning
• Training and/or experience as an Educational Assistant (preferred)
• Experience supporting students with complex learning profiles (asset)

Additional Requirements

• Demonstrate respectful and sympathetic sensitivity to Catholic beliefs and practices of students and staff
