Requirements
- Hold an associates degree or higher
- OR have an equivalent of two years of college coursework totaling 48 hours at an accredited institution of higher learning
- OR pass the Education Testing Service (ETS) Para-Pro Assessment

Responsibilities
- Work with small groups of students to reinforce skills, answer questions, and provide constructive academic feedback
- Serve as a positive role model for young children
