Brief Description HRRMC Is Hiring: Education Resource Liaison Heart of the Rockies Regional Medical Center (HRRMC) is seeking an organized, collaborative, and detail-oriented Education Resource Liaison to coordinate and oversee student placements, observation experiences, and clinical education opportunities throughout the organization. This position plays an important role in building relationships with educational institutions and ensuring students and observers receive safe, meaningful, and compliant learning experiences. The Education Resource Liaison will coordinate placements across multiple disciplines while ensuring onboarding, supervision, affiliation agreements, and regulatory requirements are met. Requirements Key responsibilities include: Initiate, coordinate, track, and verify all requirements for student placements and observation experiences.Coordinate clinical assignments, schedules, preceptors, and departmental placements.Maintain clinical affiliation agreements, contracts, and required documentation with colleges, universities, and educational programs.Develop and maintain strong working relationships with educational institutions and clinical education partners.Monitor completion of student and observer onboarding requirements, including required documentation, education, health requirements, background checks, and other compliance standards.Ensure student and observer experiences are consistent with organizational policies, affiliation agreements, scope of practice, and applicable regulatory requirements.Serve as the primary organizational contact for students, observers, educational institutions, and clinical departments.Coordinate communication between students, educational programs, preceptors, managers, and departments to support successful clinical experiences.Maintain accurate records and tracking systems for student placements, observations, affiliations, and compliance requirements.Assist with instruction and coordination of employee education programs, including American Heart Association (AHA) courses such as BLS, ACLS, and PEARS.Assist with Code Blue simulation and de-escalation education.Support continuous improvement of student placement, observation, and clinical education processes. Education And/or Experience Bachelor’s degree in healthcare related field or higher; or Associates or higher in nursingRN strongly licensure preferredA minimum of three years of clinical health care experience and one year of responsible business experience, preferably in public relations capacity, healthcare setting, or other professional settingA combination of education and experience will be evaluated for all candidates. American Heart Association (AHA) certificationis preferred. American Heart Association (AHA) certification will be required immediately upon hire.
