Education Counselor | Remote

About the role

Career Coach contract position, remote, with a commitment of 10‑40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Participate in realistic one‑on‑one career coaching conversations with other professionals.
• Simulate common career coaching scenarios, including career planning, job searches, interviews, and career transitions.
• Provide practical, thoughtful, and helpful guidance based on real‑world coaching experience.
• Demonstrate strong active listening, questioning, communication, and interpersonal skills throughout coaching conversations.
• Adapt conversations to different career goals, professional backgrounds, and individual needs.
• Follow project guidelines to ensure conversations are natural, professional, and representative of real career coaching interactions.

Requirements

• Professional experience as a Career Coach, Career Counselor, Career Advisor, Professional Coach, or similar role.
• Strong relevant experience in career coaching, counseling, mentoring, or professional development.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to conduct natural, engaging, and helpful one‑on‑one coaching conversations.
• Experience supporting individuals with career planning, job searches, interviews, workplace challenges, or career transitions.
• Comfortable working remotely and participating in paired conversation sessions.

Pay

$50 – $100 per hour.

Schedule

10‑40 hours per week.
