Education Cloud Architect

For our client, we are seeking a Education Cloud Architect to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will partner closely with sales, solution engineering, and customer stakeholders to shape technical strategy in support of complex enterprise opportunities. The architect will translate business needs into scalable cloud solutions, guide technical transformation discussions, and help position the company as a trusted advisor in the sales cycle. The position also plays an important role in technical due diligence, risk assessment, and the delivery of compelling customer-facing content. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $173,460 – $231,980 annually Responsibilities Partner with account executives and solution engineers to advance sales opportunities, requiring approximately 25% travel Define customer-driven architectures using the company’s technologies and methodologies Lead discussions on business and technical transformation with broad IT expertise Contribute to RFP responses and technical requirement documents for sales support Deliver educational content and best practices at sponsored events and collaborate cross-functionally Stay current through product training and maintain certifications Manage technical due diligence and risk assessments for customer engagements Qualifications 5+ years of experience in enterprise software implementation, system integration, or enterprise architecture disciplines B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience Experience working with enterprise software solutions and cloud platform technologies Good understanding of cloud-based architectures including SaaS, PaaS, and multitenancy Familiarity with security processes and standards for multi-tiered cloud applications Understanding of enterprise application integration principles such as SOA and ETL Ability to grasp emerging technologies like AI and Blockchain Benefits Supportive resources for work-life balance and personal development Access to innovative AI agents to boost productivity and impact Opportunities to shape the future of technology and customer experiences Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
