Education Certification Officer

What You’ll Do

• Review educator certification applications.
• Accept and analyze university transcripts and documents for meeting certification requirements.
• Provide customer service and technical assistance through phone calls and emails to educators, school districts, and university certification officers regarding certification requirements.
• Develop guidance to support the requirements for SD educator certification.
