Responsibilities
Develop educational materials and presentations for public events.
Organize and lead outreach programs for schools and community groups.
Collaborate with local educators to integrate animal care and conservation topics into curricula.
Manage social media accounts to promote educational content and engage with the public.
Assist in planning and executing fundraising events to support education initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Biology, or related field.
- Experience in education, outreach, or similar field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of animal husbandry and medical care.
Preferred
- Experience working with animals in a zoo or wildlife sanctuary setting.
- Previous experience in fundraising and event planning.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
